Warranty
SLS3 offers top quality but also grants a 90-day warranty as of the date of purchase for faulty workmanship and material. To enjoy the form and function of your SLS3 garments for as long as possible, please observe the care instructions given for each garment.

Our products contain Lycra®. This delicate fiber will get destroyed when exposed repeatedly to bleach, heat, chlorine and rough surfaces. Please do not wear our products in chlorinated pools, wash hot or put in the dryer. This will shorten the lifespan of your garment, and our warranty does not cover this.

Should your SLS3 garment, despite our high quality concept, not live up to your expectations, please contact us directly at contact@slstri.com.

Shipping
We offer many different kinds of shipping options by USPS. Upon checkout, you will see a list of all shipping options available through our system.

USPS
We like USPS shipping options as USPS is quick, cost-effective and reliable.
You can choose between First Class/Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail, both domestic and internationally. The rates provided to you are being calculated by weight/item plus insurance plus a nominal handling charge, and are updated according to rate increases of the Postal Service.
USPS provides some tracking but not as elaborate as UPS. There is no tracking for international shipments with USPS Priority. If you would like to track your shipment, please choose USPS International Express or Global Express Guaranteed shipping options.

Please choose what you think best fits your needs.

International shipments are subject to import regulations of the country they are being shipped to, and customers are responsible for all costs incurred such as duty and tax.

Processing Time
Orders we receive on a business day before noon will generally be processed that same day. Orders received after noon or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next possible business day.
All orders will be processed in the order they are received. During high volume shipping times, there could be a short delay in processing your order. We will always do our best to ship your item(s) as quickly as humanly possible.

UPS

We do not offer UPS shipping options.  UPS provides very elaborate tracking but please keep in mind that UPS Ground is most likely twice as slow as USPS First Class but three times as costly. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS also charges residential and fuel surcharges. If you insist on UPS, we can do that, but please remember it is very costly for you.
Returns
We're sorry if you have to return something to us.

You may return any regular priced item you have purchased directly from us for refund (original condition: new, tagged and bagged in original packaging) within 90 days of the shipment date. Please contact us for a return authorization, and we will send you a return shipping label.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip/invoice.
When you return an item, please send it to the address on the packing slip/invoice, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. Once we receive your returned items, they will go through inspection to verify their original state and eligibility for refund or exchange.
If you paid for your order by paypal or credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement within a few days after received return.

Your packing slip/invoice will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:
